What does the scriptures detail for us.  For those that take the time to study the  scriptures as we are told to do in 2nd Timothy 2:15 there will be no deception.  However, the majority of the masses will fall prey to this man of sin.

First, he will come on the scene when a lot of things are going on in the world.  There is going to be so many problems and situations going on, that the world will be looking for a leader that can solve the problem.

But in the scriptures, he will have the ability to deceive most to believe he is able to fix the problems.

It must be understood from the onset of this study, this is only an outward manifestation of a reality, of the long running battle between the kingdom of God, and the kingdom of Satan.

The true motive of Satan is to become the ruler of this universe. Add to that, his desire to destroy the creation of human race as God set this all in the Garden.

This is the reason of the failing of the church and the moment by moment struggle with us as Children of the most High God, and Satan who seeks to destroy us.

There will never be a reconciliation between these two. It is settled. God wins.

The name antichrist means “in place of”.  So with the appearance of the antichrist, this individual will be the most religious man ever…..seeking to even be greater than Messiah, when He was come to earth. He will claim to be the messiah, and most will fall for it. Even in Revelation 6, the imitator time is now, as the restrainer is now removed. He now makes his imitation of Christ riding on the white horse. 

Jesus described:6 “I have come in My Father’s name, and you do not receive Me; if another comes in his own name, him you will receive” (John 5:43). 

To an unsuspecting world he looks like Messiah, the political savior of mankind, yet he is a deceiver, the anti- or pseudo-Christ. Here is documented the initial appearance of the figure of the antichrist upon the stage of the world.

 Although there has been numerous false messiahs down through history, none as convincing and successful as this final white horse rider. 

The Restrainer has been taken out of the way so that the Antichrist, the son of perdition, might be revealed in his own time (2 Thessalonians 2:6-7).

But it will all be a deception.  Jesus warned and also most of the writers declared, that this will be an age of deception.

 To list just a few examples, Matt. 24:24, 1 Tim. 4:1, 2 

Thes 2:3.

This man of Perdition, will have the ability to deceive, and host a group of people who are easily deceived and ready to receive and worship this one false messiah. The church that is turned to fables and untruths are easy picking for him. The message of the last age makes them prime targets and easy prey.

So, he comes as the Messiah. This deceived and fable loving people will not be able to distinguish between the True Messiah and the false messiah.

He will have titles to fulfill every religious group and be exactly what they are wanting and looking for. He will be the central character through deception, of every religious belief. The masses will see him as the messiah. A universal religious leader who brings one faith to the world, and no other has ever been able to achieve the order.

He will even as the “Man of sin” be able to appear to be the sinless one sent by the Father 

In Revelation 13:7-8, and verse 17….”Authority is given him over every tribe and tongue and nation, and all will worship him”,  even if he holds the ability to buy and sell, over his followers, and they will gladly worship and take his mark to follow him.

So, he is not coming as a beast with fanged teeth, horns and pitch forks. He is coming in the most religious manner possible…..so most will be deceived.

Daniel 11:36 declares he will do according to his own will, and exalt and magnify himself above every God.

He will come with establishment of a false peace. 1 Thes. 5:3 declares the world will be seeking peace and safety. He will bring a deception of peace and safety.

So we have a religious leader, loved by all beliefs, that has the ability to at least in appearance bring a time of safety and ending wars and strife as never before.  Just remember, it is an age of deception. 

He shall accumulate great wealth. Daniel 11:39,43.  He shall cause certain of his followers to “rule over many, and divide the land for gain”.  He shall have power over gold and silver and over precious things.

2 Thes. 2:3 Notice the order here.   The falling away occurs.  Vs. 11 informs that “God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie.”

The falling away, the turning over by God to a strong delusion, that they may believe a lie, land in verse 3, the man of sin is now revealed.  All are ready to receive him, even when God would rather they turn to him. They did not hold truth.

The antichrist will have a drawing spirit about him.  The scriptures that point all this out:

    Gen 1:31 Between Gen 1 and Gen. 3, something happens to “all was good”.

    Ezek 28: 12-17

    Isaiah 14: 12-15

    Luke 10:18

    Rev 12:4

Satan as described by the scriptures:

Ezekiel 28:12-17 

¹² Son of man, take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyrus, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord God; Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty.

¹³ Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.

¹⁴ Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.

¹⁵ Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.

¹⁶ By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.

¹⁷ Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee.

He was not created in sin. His freewill and freechoice by God, allowed him to make this iniquity. In the presence of God, he failed. He has such a drawing about him that 1/3 of the angels of heaven were drawn to him and cast out with him. He had such a drawing that angels who had been under the government of God, seen the glory of God, expierenced the true worship of the Father, were drawn from God to Lucifer. I can not even begin to comprehend that. I so desire the presence of God, that these angels left, to follow Satan.

No wonder all will follow him. No wonder they will not repent. Search out Luke 16: 30-31, Rev 16: 11, Rev 9:20-21.  This man captivates all whose name is not written in the book of life.  Men will not be able to resist that drawing of the man of sin.

This is such a simple study, and quite honestly, very shallow. There is so much listed in the Scriptures concerning the man of sin. I wanted to list enough to get you to see, He will possess many, He will hold them captive. 

Beware of this one. We are no match for him, except through the blood and work of Calvary of Jesus Christ

What is the 70 weeks of Daniel?

Daniel 9:24 

Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

6 Things are determined here. This means they are going to happen.

It is very clear as to who this is speaking. This message is speaking to Daniel's people. The Jews. This is not about the church, it is not about the gentiles. It is determined upon the Jewish people.

It is determined not upon Cairo, Not upon Moscow, not even Washington.  It is the Holy City, Jerusalem. It is a working for a failure to believe God. What a price to pay.

6 purposes for 490 years.

The first 3 have to do with the sin of Israel and the last 3 with the Kingdom.

1.  "to finish the transgression".  This will bring and end to the rebellion and apostasy that send Israel into dispersion to begin with.  

2.  "To make an end of sins".  Israel as a nation will turn to fellowship with God after tasting this Devine captivity and dispersement.

3.  "To make reconciliation for iniquity".  a restoring to bring a covering of past sins through this new belief in Messiah

4.  "to bring in everlasting righteousness".  God will restore Israel in which righteousness will reign.

5.  " To seal up vision and prophecy".  God will bring about the restoration of Israel into their rightful standing as he intended in His covenants.

6.  "To anoint  the Most Holy".  The Messiah will be restored in the restoration of the temple. 

All of this is God's faithfulness to His original covenants, and his Holy Word  revealed through His old prophets and scriptures. ( this is a future study)

God will restore Israel. His word will be accomplished. Not the church....His people.

Our view on the Corona Virus.

While this is a serious matter, the Biblical approach for the true believers is recorded in 2 Timothy 1:7
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” 

I am 67 yrs old and have never seen this country operate in so much fear. It is a platform for failure.  Fear breeds failure. 

Recovery of this virus will not come in a Godless order of a remedy. The world is seeking economic recovery, a "back to normal", time to bring back the stadiums full of screaming people, rock concerts free of fear of disease, and I could go on and on. Just the good ole life we used to have. Living for the moment, all the pleasure that can be gotten. It all left in just a few hours. Out of nowhere. 

The governments are doing all they know to do, but can not stop the germ that has overcome every facet of life. The germ that stopped all of life.

I am not an economic genius, but I am smart enough to know, no country can print the amount of money that this country is printing and it cause any kind of normal economic future. Our economic future is exactly what men have sowed for years.......it is time to pay the fiddler.

There is one on the horizon, that has the answers, at least temporarily......which will come in declaring peace and safety, the most religious one this generation has ever seen......one that will be able to get the Jews and the Arabs and Isis, to agree to a peace deal......and the world will be in party mode to see all the good things, or seemingly good things.......probably even able to control the germ?

What is this virus?  A preview of what our future holds......or at least the world holds........

This virus has separated the believers and professors just another distance.......further apart....

How much have you heard of the answer to all this is to pray and seek God to deliver us from all this?  Little to none, even out of the churches......even out of the ministry......

These are various signs which point to the end of the church age and the revelation of the Antichrist, but they are a mystery to unbelievers.  All this should cause all to look to the Father to aid and deliver us in this time, and the true church is looking to him. 

The best man can do is print money, hoard food and toilet paper and hope the face mask will deliver them.

As for me, I see more than a world out of control. I see a God that is still in control.
Most people to include the religious,  naively think they can bring peace and prosperity and some resemblance of hope though all of this to the world without being reconciled to God through Jesus Christ, without honoring His Word and its moral principles.
Their disillusionment will be very big.

I wish you success in trying to find a solution to all this without the aid of God. Give it the best shot you can. Enjoy your stimulus check. But God will be there with outstretched arms, for those who see the futility of seeking a solution with out God.

I look to my God and look for His working in all of this. Can I get the virus? Sure, I am not exempt. But I rather trust in a God that has never failed me yet.

Life will never be the same. Now you are told when you can go to church, worship, go to work, what you can buy in the stores, and when. It is all gone.....Constitutional? What is that to the thought processes in all this. 

I will not make a blame game out of all of this. I have a peace that passes all understanding in all this. I have not fear of an unknown germ, or the results of it. I was raised that you had good common sense to use to guide you in life. It has got me through 67 years of life, a military life, and business life, and most of all, a life turned to God. I do not need an arm of flesh to deliver me, I need my God. 

If all you do to deal with all of this does not work out, I know a man that can......1 Corinthians 15:1-4. He is standing there waiting. When you get tired of getting tired, He is there...

  

There will be no remedy without God in the process.
